SHIPPING

Domestic Standard U.S. shipping is free for orders over $65 and there is a $8 flat rate economy fee for orders under $65. 

International shipping is charged at cost and based on weight and destination. Additional customs + duty fees may apply, these vary per country.

All orders are shipped from our third party fulfillment partner within 48 to 72 hours and are shipped via DHL/USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Once picked up by the carrier, standard shipping transit time is 3-7 business days depending on your region. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days for processing and delivery. 
 

RETURNS + REFUNDS

In the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@fireseasongoods.com.

If you aren't completely happy with your products, email us within 7 days of receipt and we will refund your order.
 

WHOLESALE + CORPORATE ORDERS

We are also available at select premium retailers in the US.

STORAGE + SHELF LIFE

Our relishes are shelf stable and best used within one year. Refrigerate upon opening. An open jar in the refrigerator is best used within 6 months (but we don’t think it will last that long ;))

IS FIRE SEASON VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE?

All of our relishes are vegan, gluten free, and, and include no artificial additives or preservatives.
